FUNAABSU 17/18 ELECTION UPDATE

*Dear Altruistic FUNAABites*,

This piece is spilling out of my buccal cavity woefully not just because of myself but rather because of the compassionate FUNAABites whom I have vowed to make their premium representation my watch word.

I am pretty sure we have put in our best possible to making sure our voices are held. Your support for me is unadulterated and I know it.
With great sorrow in my heart I wish to let great FUNAABites know that I, SHOAGA ALIM BABATUNDE you all know as ,OPROUD will no longer participate in the quest for leadership as the TREASURER of this great union, FUNAABSU. It came to me as the biggest blow I have ever felt unconsciously right in my face.

Now, I am a great fan of the popular philosophy "man proposes but God disposes". The reason for my abscission came as a result of the non-support gotten from my progenitor. I have persuaded them but to no avail.

Regretfully, I say I am sorry to all my supporters, OPROUD addicts, loyalists, friends, leaders, mentors and FUNAABites at large for the resources wastefully injected into my aspiration.

The future still holds more opportunities, and your participation will for ever linger in my heart.
Let us support the UNION as it is ours and our participation goes a long way in restructuring it.
