*PROLIFIC RABBITS OUTSMART HUNTING LIONS IN AN EXCITING TIE THANKS TO BIYITURNER’S DOUBLE*

PRM LIONS fielded the same team that won against ANP team.. while ABG RABBITS made four changes to the side that drew to ANP team with ShegzyBally, Dreh, LarryMo and Odia all coming in for Onah, Enrico, Alaroby and Marvelous.

The opening period was a war of attrition with a well-organized ABG RABBITS side repelling PRM LIONS prods and probes.

It wasn’t the anticipated outcome from a lip-smacking lion team, but both teams did have their chances..

The first chance came when kalodrizzy found himself in space to cross but his cross into the box was easily collected by keeper handy.

Bojan’s free kick just outside the box wasn’t enough to break the deadlock as keeper LarryMo got a finger to it to force a corner for the LIONS.

BiyiTurner came closest to scoring as he received a sumptuous pass from kalodrizzy in the centre, only for him to shoot agonizingly wide of the post..

Moments later temper from both sets of players spilled over and following war of words the referee gave a fair play, captain James quickly set bojan on a one-one with the keeper rushing out to collect.. Bojan then calmly lob the ball over the keeper into the back of the net… *1-0!*

As the half wore on, It looked certain that ABG RABBITS were going to succumb to a first half defeat..

There was a change in tactics from ABG RABBITS switching from 4-4-2 to 4-3-3.

Finding themselves 1-0 down they began with full force attack as benteke and dreh gave balo and Oproud something to think about..
They had early shot on goal as benteke’s cross punched by the keeper came off the post for a corner.
The resulting corner which was taken by kalodrizzy was pounced by BiyiTurner, Oproud was there to clear but he cleared into his own net to keep the tie at *1-1*

Moments later, kalodrizzy’s cross into the air was met by benteke but balo pushed him to the ground and the referee immediately pointed at the spot.
Dreh stepped up to take the penalty kick, he missed as keeper handy parried it away to the awaiting legs of kalodrizzy.. kalodrizzy shot but keeper handy was up to it as he palmed it away for a corner..

At the other end, captain james had a teriffic shot from long-range but it sailed over the bar..

With the clock ticking on, ABG RABBITS resilient effort paid off as benteke pass met BiyiTurner.. BiyiTurner then sent a thunderbolt into the bottom corner to give ABG RABBITS the lead.. *1-2*

Changes were made as tired legs departed the field of play for fresh legs to enter into the fray…

Lately in the game, ABG RABBITS compound PRM LIONS woes as a DayvKomo intercepted Hamzurd’s pass found Alroby who cut back into the path of the menacing BiyiTurner.. The pass from Alaroby was then smartly glanced home by BiyiTurner giving ABG RABBITS a commanding lead... *1 - 3*

PRM LIONS tried hunting ABG RABBITS in the dying seconds of the game, but their stature was not enough to scare this subtle ABG RABBITS side.. as they continue their unbeaten run, humiliated PRM LIONS.
They were left to chase shadows and allowed to swallow their pride!

*Coach Akannipet:* We were not worried by the goal they scored.. we were playing as if we were 4-goals down so, it was nice to setup another game plan.. thankfully it worked and we came behind to hand them 3 goals!

*Coach Handy:* It’s quite unfortunate, we played well, now I’m disappointed because I was allowed to eat my words.. I hope for a rematch!

*Team rabbits:* we knew they are always active at night so we tried to defeat them in daylight.. they forcefully ate grass and their own faeces.. Yea they should be satisfied.. their lips now dried…
