Animal Breeding and Genetics football Team ABG FC 400level defeats their opponent from Colbios, Biochemistry(BCH FC)400level in a friendly encounter played today 24/04/17 at the University Sport Center Funaab.

The team led by coach akannipet played their friendly game today 24th April 2017 at 16:00 ET..

ABG FC had a bright start to life knocking the ball around nicely giving the opposition something to think about..

10mins from kick-off, biyi Turner's marauding run almost lead to the opening goal laying a killer ball for sir benteke only for the opposition to make a fantastic block..

Few minutes later, the opposition had a good chance to score but FM's tackle on the opponent awarded the opposition a penalty.. Only for our opponent to miss from the spot kick, the keeper LarryMo going the wrong way.. Chances upon chances for the ABG FC team but for the opposition resolute team effort kept ABG TEAM at bay..

FIRST HALF 0-0

*Second half begins..*
Coach Akannipet started the same team in the second half..
The team resolute defense kept the score at 0-0 when the opposition almost took the lead..

ABG FC almost made a sight on goal but for martins tamed effort.
This time the opener came when benteke's ball to Al aroby created space for him to shoot but for the keeper to punch into the begging legs of Biyi Turner.. Biyi Turner calmly slotted the ball home!!! To the delight of the spectators and team mates changing the scoreline to 1-0.🕺💃

The coach quickly made a substitution bringing Enrico Polini in for Marvelous to depart the field of play..
Enrico polini suddenly made a quick impact on the game with a sumptuous ball to benteke, controlling perfectly and laying it back for enrico polini, enrico then  sent a stunning strike to the bottom corner the keeper having no chance!!! 🤣😆making the scoreline 2-0.

ABG FC had another chance that fell to the feet of Alaroby.. The referee immediately pointed to the spot for a penalty kick...
Al aroby then stepped up to take but for him to send the ball high and wide into the thin air.. Unfortunately!!! 🤔😢

Lately in the game, the opposition almost had a consolation goal but thanks to FM's pin-point header that cleared their chance, Onah last-man tackle and collectively the team being solid at the back kept the game alive and awarded the team a clean sheet.. The opposition then left to bite themselves in frustration and leaving them another chance to fight for another day... The game ended with a 2-0 scoreline making ABG FC winner of the friendly match.
